Ms. Knighten was my daughter's homebound teacher during her recovery from back surgery. It was always a joy and love when she came to the house. When we met in the streets it was the same. Her love and concern will always be remembered. May God bless you all and keep you.

So many lives were changed for the better by my cousin, sister in Christ, and mentor. A true example of an encourager. She touched so many lives with her warm smiles and encouraging words. She was always willing to lend a helping hand. She was a guardian angel to many and especially to me and my children. She will be missed and will remain dear and near to my heart. Rest on in the arms of God until we meet again. To my family, look to the Lord for strength and help in your time of need. He will dry your weeping eyes and take away the pain. He will comfort you and give you peace.

Another soldier gone home!!!
Mrs. Knighten was well known and well loved by those she came in contact with. As an elementary school teacher, she expected nothing but the best from her students. She demanded respect and respect was what we gave. She now rests with other educators who made their mark and went to be with the LORD.
Thanks Mrs. Knighten for a job well done.
