A homemaker and resident and native of Plaquemine, she passed away Sunday, Oct. 24, at Our House for Respite of Plaquemine. She was 92. Memorial service at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Plaquemine, Thursday, Oct. 28, from noon until Mass of Christian Burial at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Cleo Milano, celebrant. Survived by her children, Judy Frederick Coxe and husband James R. Coxe III, and Charles P. Frederick and wife Katherine Susan Chadwick; grandchildren, James Hodgie Coxe and wife Hayley LeFleur, Holly Coxe Ashby and husband Michael T. Ashby, Charles "Paul" Frederick II and wife Tracey, and Clay Patrick Frederick and wife Kelli Babin; great-grandchildren, Zachary Ross Coxe, Hannah Katherine Frederick, Cameron James Frederick, Madelyn Grace Frederick, Nicholas Hodge Frederick and Gabrielle Rae Frederick; sister, Leland Ocmand Case. Preceded in death by her husband, Hodgie P. Frederick; parents, Joseph and Olive Allen Ocmand; and brother, John Darrly Ocmand. Inez was a very special lady who enjoyed life with her family and friends and her family wishes to express their thanks and appreciation for the loving care given by Verly Polk and Hamah Young and all their family and staff at our House of Respite in Plaquemine.
