Can't even begin to find the words to tell you how sorry I am for your loss. I loss my son 2 1/2 years ago & I know how hard this is for you all. I tried to come by and see ya'll & I could not bring myself to turn in the driveway. Every day I passed & I just wanted to stop in and tell you guys I know what ya'll are going through , & 1 day I will but I just want ya'll to know I have been thinking of all of ya'll every day since Claire died. It's by far the worst thing that can happen to us as parents & siblings also. Just take it 1 day at a time, that's all I can say, & I was a wonderful mom to my son & I'm sure ya'll were awesome to Claire, let the happy memories get you through each & every day.

Donna, Iris & Family-- My deepest and most heartfelt sympathy goes out to you, Donna and Iris in this time of deep sorrow. My most sincere condolences are extended to you and family. There is not much that can be said except to turn to God for comfort for in times of need it is written that he will send a comforter. I know that to be true. I usually find the following passage comforting.
1To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
2A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
3A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
4A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
5A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
6A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
7A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
8A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace

May God be with you in this time of grief. I met Claire at Kursweg cafe where she was always around friends, enjoying random conversations, like the one I had with her. I pray for the happy repose of her soul and for the consolation of her family. We will always remember her as young and vibrant, yet taken too soon.
God Bless:)

Iris, Donna, Jarrod & Madeline,

We continue to pray for you, dear cousins, over this terrible tragedy taking Claire from her earthly home. May God bless and keep you and the comfort of His love surround you and carry you forward each and every day.

The following poem may bring you comfort in the days ahead.

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.
