A resident and native of Baton Rouge, he died Thursday, March 29, 2012. He was 23. Visiting at Church of God, 3135 Ozark St., on Friday, April 6, from 9:30 a.m. until service at 11 a.m., conducted by Dr. Mark Dillard. Interment in Southern Memorial Gardens. Survived by his fiancee, Jessica Clark; mother, Trecia Armstead; father, Kelvin Collins (Jermomae); stepfather, Mark Billy; daughter, Kemyah Cable; two sons, Killian Williams and Kelvin Armstead Jr.; a child he reared, Marcus, Giuillard; three sisters, Marquiesha Armstead, Keiera Smith, and Tyquencia Battley; three brothers, Christopher Armstead, Marcus Billy Sr., and Kelveron Johnson; and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, relatives and friends. Arrangements with Wilson-Wooddale Funeral Home.

The good die too soon. I still can't believe it. U were a true friend. U will be truly missed. Love u Kelvin. U r a child of God and no more suffering and pain. U r the Angel that's going to watch over your family. Praying for the family. One love! U will never b forgotten.
