Age 70, native of New Orleans and a resident of Ponchatoula, Errol went to his Heavenly Home on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at his residence surrounded by his family. Errol was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend to all who knew him. Errol was also a Vietnam Veteran in the Army. He loved fishing, hunting, spending time with his friends at Bootsies, making people laugh, but most of all he loved spending time with his family. Errol leaves behind his loving wife, Linda Jean McMahan Brescher; daughters, Bonnie Hampton and husband Greg, Terri Pinion and husband Troy, JoErin Hatfield and husband Wade, Becki Morse and husband Rendy; grandchildren, Matthew, Piper and Carson Hampton, Samantha and Ethan Pinion, Corey Brescher, Paris, Raini and Abby Hatfield, Lane and Lily Morse; great-grandchildren, Kodi Ross and Kohen Pinion. Preceding Errol in death were his parents, Douglas Brescher and Vivian Lindsey Brescher Dominguez. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the religious service from the chapel of Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, on Monday, July 29, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. with visiting hours beginning at 10:00 a.m. The services will be conducted by Bro. Stanley Day and assisted by Bro. Josh Day. Interment will be following in Mitchell Cemetery in Ponchatoula. Condolences and other information are available online at www.thompsoncares.com.
