Born: August 16, 1929 in Livingston Parish, a resident of Denham Springs, Z.B. died at the age of 84, on Friday, August 30, 2013, at "The Butterfly Wing" of The Hospice of Baton Rouge. He was a member of Amite Baptist Church in Denham Springs. Graduated from Live Oak High School in 1948, served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, retired from Gulf States Utilities in 1990 with 42 years of service. Z.B. served on the Denham Springs Planning and Zoning Commission for over 30 years, was a member of the American Legion, UCT and Sideliners Club. Visitation will be at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs on Sunday, September 1, 2013 from 5:30 pm until 9:00 pm, continuing on Monday, September 2, 2013 at Immaculate Conception Church on Hatchell Lane, Denham Springs LA from 9:30 AM until the Funeral at 11:00 AM officiated by Father Frank Uter. Burial will follow at Denham Springs Memorial Cemetery. Survived by his wife: Beverly Fryoux Jackson, married October 16, 1955, Daughter: June L Jackson, Son: Doug E Jackson, Daughter & Son-in-law: Nell Jackson & Jimmy Reeves, "Bonus" Daughter & Son-in-law: Cheryl G & Douglas Schaubhut. Brother & Wife: Aubry and Joyce Fryoux Jackson, Stepbrother: Boyd Eisworth, Stepsisters: Iris Dunlap, Gladys Guidroz & Viola Simoneaux. Preceded in death by Son: Burt Breland Jackson, Parents: Charles E Jackson and Eva Kennard Jackson Eisworth, Stepfather: Shell S Eisworth, Brothers: Willie, Glynn and Clarence Jackson, Sisters: Myrtie Shanks and Dorothy Festervan, Stepbrothers: Louie, Leroy and Ray Eisworth, Stepsisters: Georgia Fountain, Annie Fugler and Axie Morris. Pallbearers: Michael Boudreaux - Keith Fryoux - T.D. Jackson - Randy Knight - Matthew Reeves - Rusty Simoneaux. Honorary Pallbearers: Jules A Fryoux and Lawrence Dunaway.
