Terryl was born on August 15, 1940 to Hillary and Corrine Sampson Francisco. He passed away at his home in his loving wife Judy's arms on April 17, 2014. Terryl graduated from Notre Dame Seminary College in New Orleans and received an accounting degree from Southern University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. During his career Terryl taught at Holy Ghost Catholic School, he was employed by the Neighborhood Youth Corp and taught at Avoyelles Technical Institute in Cottonport, La. He was chairman of the Avoyelles Avogel Nation of Louisiana. Terryl was preceded in death by his parents Hillary and Corrine and his sister Verna "Sis" Francisco. He leaves to mourn; his wife of forty-four (44) years, Judy Young Francisco and brother Vernon "Pop" (Lilly) Francisco, numerous relatives, nieces and nephews, godchildren, in-laws and friends. Terryl's wish was that, "wherever you are Judy, that's where I want to be." To honor his wishes, the Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday April 26, 2014 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church 1120 Myrtle Street in Baton Rouge where he and Judy proclaimed their vows to each other. Reverend Edward Chiffriller, SSJ is the Celebrant. Viewing will be from 9:00 am until 9:30 am followed by the Rosary and Mass at 10:00 am. Interment will be at Green Oaks Cemetery, 9595 Florida Blvd Baton Rouge 70815. A Memorial Mass will be held at Holy Ghost Catholic Church 121 S Preston St. Marksville, La 71351 on Saturday May 3, 2014 at 4:00 pm by Reverend Abraham Varghese. Rabenhorst Funeral Home 825 Government St. B. R., La 70821 is in charge of the arrangements.

Judy, I am sorry for your lost. Words just aren't enough to help you through your grief. I will have Masses said at my Church in honor of my cousin Terryl. I'm sure you don't remember me but my parents lived right behind Aunt Corrine and Uncle Dad. You have my deepest sympathy. Elaine

Judy, So sorry to read this. I often check the obituaries since I lived in B.R. Praying that our heavenly father will wrap his loving arms around you and comfort you during this difficult time.
