A native and resident of French Settlement, Lena died at 10:18 am on Monday, July 7, 2014 at Golden Age Nursing Home. She was 92. Visitation will be at St. George Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 9, from 10 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 am celebrated by the Rev. Nutan Ming. Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn F. and Fred J. Lieux of Baton Rouge; son and daughter-in-law, Wayne L. and Becky Fogg of French Settlement; sister, Mercy Lobell of French Settlement; half-sister, Velma Lawrence; five grandchildren, Dana Nugent, Dr. David Michael Lieux, Michael Fogg, Michelle Fogg Brister and Leslie Lieux Edwards; and nine great-grandchildren. Lena was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence "Gato" Fogg; son, Lynn Michael Fogg; brother, Lawrence Aydell; and parents, Lawrence W. and Lavinia Dupuy Aydell. Pallbearers will be Michael, Brandon and Kenneth Fogg, Gerald and Darryl Cambre and Robert Dickerson. Lena was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, French Settlement.
