Gerrick Camel departed this life on Wednesday February 8, 2017 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He leaves to mourn his wife, Ta'Rhonda Chube of Baton Rouge, LA; three sons, Gerrick, Gavin, Gabriel and one step-daughter, Chelsea all of Baton Rouge, LA; his loving mother and step-father; Shelia and Renard Smith of Baton Rouge, LA; one brother, Keshion (Robin) of Baton Rouge, LA; two sisters, Latanya Francois (Stephen) and Renara Joseph (Erik) both of Baton Rouge, LA; maternal grandmother, Clara Martin of Baton Rouge, LA; paternal grandmother, Dorothy Campbell of Baker, LA; five aunts, Shonna Duncan (Bobby) and Sharon Davis (Jeffrey) Phyllis Woodridge (Ronnie)all of Baker, LA; Irma Martin and Shelia Walker, both of Baton Rouge, LA; four uncles; Anthony Martin, Sr., Luther Martin Sr.(Marilyn) William Martin (Shampella) and Johnny Walker all of Baton Rouge, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Big Hubb will be missed by many. From growing up as kids in the shodows of the Exxon refinary in north Baton Rouge to finishing high school at Capitol Sr. and on to being a great fmiky man, friend and coah to so many youth in Baton Rouge. Take your rest Hubb.
