Michael Steven Bryant, a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away at Ochsner Medical Center, on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at the age of 48. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked at Habitat for Humanity and Cajun Construction, both of Baton Rouge. Most recently, he was employed with APC Construction. He is survived by his mother, Frannette Darouse Bryant; sister, Wendy Bryant; uncles, John Darouse and wife, Mary Jan, and Allen Darouse and wife, Joyce; and his cousin, Marcie Streigler. Preceded in death by his father, Donald Ray Bryant; and his grandparents, Chester and Clara Bennett. Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 12 Noon until Memorial Services at 2 PM on Friday, March 16, 2018. McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, in charge of arrangements. Robert and I still can't believe it. And, are so so so sorry he was taken from this world so suddenly.
Michael was an exceptional human being; always made everybody laugh.
Please tell Wendy that we just found out and would've been at his services had we known.
Miss Fran, our deepest sympathies go out to you in the loss of your son who was simply amazing. He truly was.
And, to Wendy. Who has lost not only her brother, but her best friend. There are no words.
