A native of Detroit, Michigan, former resident of Baton Rouge, and recent resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, passed away on April 27, 2018 at the age of 68. Visitation will be at Ebenezer Baptist Church of South Baton Rouge, 1901 Missouri Street on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 9:00 am until Religious services at 11:00 am conducted by Pastor Ronald A. Sutton. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Jesse L. Baggett, one son Dr. Sherard T. (Yurany) Houston of Austin, Texas; 4 sisters, Patricia Ratliff, Wanda Houston, Doris Keaton and Roslyn Pennington of Detroit Michigan. 5 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services entrusted to MJR Friendly Service Funeral Home of Denham Springs, LA.
