Ruby Mary Gauthier, 91 a resident of Baton Rouge passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2018. Ruby lived her life as an inspiration to her family and friends sharing her love and compassion. Visitation will be held at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 1120 Myrtle Walk St., BR, on Saturday, June 16, 2018 from 8 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am. with Reverend Edward Chiffriller, celebrant. Followed by interment at Southern Memorial Park. Ruby is survived by her children James Gauthier, Brenda Graham, David Gauthier, Gerald Gauthier and Lisa Chustz; her brother Leroy Ricard; her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her parents Aldoph and Evelyn Vallet Ricard husband Alfred Gauthier and son Eric Gauthier. Arrangements entrusted Desselle Funeral Home.
