A native of New Orleans and resident of Baton Rouge, he died on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012 at his sister's residence. He was 61. Visitation at Miller & Daughter Mortuary on Saturday from 9 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. conducted by Rev. Edward Howard. Interment in Thomas Chapel Cemetery. Survivors include his sister, Marie Lawson (Donald); brother, Clarence Antoine, Jr. (Juanita); 4 children, Spencer, Jr. (Chanda), Clarence and Corey Antoine, and Nicolia Ellis (Steven); 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; and aunt, Nancy Chalk. Preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Selina Antoine, and 9 siblings.
