A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great-grandmother, sister and friend went to her eternal home on Monday, March 5, 2018. She was 82 years old and a resident of Walker. She leaves behind to cherish her memories two daughters, Debra Powell, Susan Roberts and husband Ryan; two sons, Charles Powell Jr. and wife Penny, Joseph Powell Sr. and wife Kathy; two sisters, Hazel Jarrell, Ethel Pulling; eight grandchildren, Jimmie, Maria, Shannon, Josh, Jeremy, Raven, Joseph, Zachary, Alisha; sixteen great grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, in Denham Springs on Thursday March 8, 2018 from 10am until Celebration of Life Service at 12pm. Burial will follow in Denham Springs Memorial Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 38 years Charles Powell Sr.; grandson Jeremy McCoy and her parents.
