A resident of Baker, he departed this life Friday, March 29, 2013 in Prairieville at age 39. Visiting at Mt Zion Baptist Church, 1117 President St., Thibodaux from 1 p.m. Saturday, April 6, 2013 until religious service at 2 p.m. Conducted by Rev. Lionel Griffin, Sr. Interment in Mt. Zion Church Cemetery. He leaves to cherish his memories, fiance' Christina Taylor of Baker; mother, Linda Dorsey and stepfather Leonard of Houma; Justin of Baker; Seigen and Soleit both of Houma; a brother, Roderick of Houma and a host of other relatives and friends. He attended Temple Greater Healing COGIC under the leadership of Pastor Ken Watson, Sr. Arrangements entrusted to MJR Friendly Service Funeral Home, Denham Springs, (225) 665-8002.

Shedrick and I grew up together in Houma. He was and always will be a good friend. I will miss him dearly. Tell Christopher and your dad hello for me. I will see yall soon. I LOVE YALL!!!!!!
