Kermit "Boy" Gauthreaux, 91, a resident of Vacherie, LA and native of White Castle, LA passed away on Friday April 11, 2014. Visitation will be on Monday April 14, 2014 from 1:00 PM to funeral time at Our Lady of Peace in Vacherie, LA. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 3:00 PM at the church. Interment will be in the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife Annette Falgoust Gauthreaux; children, Perry Gauthreaux (Patricia), Winnie Darsey (Danny), Penny Dowd (John), Kermit "Joe" Gauthreaux, Nancy Falgoust (Freddy); brothers, Ambrose "Petch" Gauthreaux, sister, Myrtle Gauthreaux; grandchildren, Brandi Pennison, Maggie Montelius, Hope Gauthreaux, Katie Vicknair, Janie Dowd, Holly Falgoust, Addy Falgoust, Jack Falgoust, Guy Falgoust; great-grandchildren, Grant Pennison, Luke Pennison, Brady Vicknair, Violet Vicknair. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alcide Gauthreaux and Winnie LaCroix Gauthreaux; brothers, Herben, Wilson "Bob", Arthur Lee "Bay", and Edward "Teet" Gauthreaux. Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
