A retired school bus driver with the East Baton Rouge Parish School District, she was a native of Woodlawn and a resident of Central. She was a very creative person, especially known for her wedding cakes. Dorothy passed Wednesday, December 26, 2012, at the age of 96. Visitation will be at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., on Friday, December 28, 2012 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visiting continues at the funeral home on Saturday, December 29, 2012 from 10 a.m. till service time at 2 p.m. conducted by Rev. Glen Myers, with interment to follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Dot is survived by two sons, Carroll Watts and wife Ileta, and Tom Watts, and wife Jo; five grandchildren, Beverly Patin and husband Alan, Douglas Watts, and wife Catherine, Tommy Watts Jr., JW Watts and wife Robin and Jimmy Watts, seven great-grandchildren, Blake Patin, and fiancée Brittani Arceneaux, Meghan, Bonnie, Severn, Willie, Marleigh, Carolyn James Watts. She was preceded in death by her husband W. Dolan "Toby", father Leroy O'Neal, mother Aureila Germany O'Neal, great grandson Tommy Watts III. Pallbearers will be Douglas and JW Watts, Alan, and Blake Patin, Ronnie Rome and Silvia O'Neal. Please visit www.greenoaksfunerals.com to leave condolences.

So sorry to hear of our dear friend's passing. My mom, Virgie Hutchinson is in the hospital with a broken hip and is very saddened by this.. She loved Mrs. Dot so much. I took her many times to visit Mrs. Dot. We will miss her and are so sorry we cannot come to the funeral.
