Patsy, I have felt so privileged all my life to have enjoyed all the precious times with you, your dad (my uncle), and your mother (my aunt). Your mom was a role model in many ways; she was a full-time professional at a time when most women were housewives; kept a beautiful home, and raised an outstanding daughter. Your home in Baton Rouge was like a second home when I went to LSU, Baton Rouge. I enjoyed many visits there. I felt close to your Mom, especially these last years. My heart aches for you and your loss. You will remain in my prayers.
Your cousin, Barbara Ann

I indeed share your loss. My mother was Ethel L. West of Pine Prairie, La. She also died on July 18th. She would be 94 in September. May God bless you and keep you in the palm of his hands as remember the good time you had with Ms. Ethel.
