My heart goes out to Aunt Norma, Gary and Ginger. Uncle Barney was a great man who had a terrific life, family and career. Can still remember him driving Ginger to her job at American Bank downtown back in the mid-70s and how proud he was of her then and now. Or the time we moved PawPaw Alford into the retirement apartment and he bragged about how Gary had built the trailer we were using from the ground up. Uncle Barney believed there was nothing Gary couldn't build, fix or repair. He was extremely proud of both of his kids and later his grandkids and great granddaugher!!!! :)
BUT THE TRUE LIGHT IN HIS EYE WAS HIS WIFE, NORMA. :) I will never forget the great time we had at their 50 year reunion at Oak Lodge. Cherish forever the great memories. :)
MY BEST MEMORY OF UNCLE BARNEY WILL BE THE TIME THE ENTIRE FAMLY - GARNERS, ALFORDS, AND EVEN MAW MAW AND PAW PAW ALFORD WENT TO FALSE RIVER FOR A WEEKEND CAMPING TRIP BACK IN 1974. :)
We will love you forever Uncle Barney and Remember You Even Longer!!!!
