To The Family
I worked with Howard over 10 years at Dept of Revenue who was a true friend. He always spoke of his children. And when he retire he was going to fish everyday. He was my buddy at work and away from work. We always had a date of Wednesday's at Hooks Lounge and we called it Fun for Wednesday. The smile that he always had even if things were not going well you would never know. To the Family may God bless you and always remember God knows what best. To Joycelyn each and every time I saw you and asked about Bull you would light up like a Star. Keep your light bright.

Howard, and I grew up in the same neighborhood. We spent a lot of time as kids, playing sports and fishing. He was very competitive and blended in well with the other guys. A lot of time has elapsed, but the memories are very clear._______May the Lord's blessing be with the Family in your time of sorrow.

To Willie B and Children:
I feel like a member of the family, because Howard and I have been friends since Junior High School (McKinley Jr.). I will definitely miss my ole buddy. Please know I share your sorrow, and if love and care would have kept him here he would still be calling Willie Belle. You were the BEST.
I am still praying for you.
