ALBARADO, WOODROW JOSEPH A retired oil field worker and retired from the seafood industry, he died Saturday, Feb. 28, 2004, in Morgan City. He was 58, a resident of Pierre Part and a native of Assumption Parish. Visiting at Ourso Funeral Home, Pierre Part, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday. Visiting at St. Martin Catholic Church, Brusly St. Martin, from 8 a.m. until religious service at 10 a.m. Tuesday, conducted by the Rev. Gary Belsom. Interment in church cemetery. Survived by his wife of 39 years, Hilda Crochet Albarado; two daughters and a son-in-law, Paulette Albarado and Sterling Edmonston, Gonzales, and Wendy Albarado, Pierre Part; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Paul Joseph Albarado, Mobile, Ala., and Jamey Joseph and Kim Albarado, Belle Rose; nine brothers and sisters, Manela Cavalier, Pierre Part, Joseph Martin, Paincourtville, Angela Landry and Frank Martin, both of Pierre Part, Matbil Metrejean, Grand Bayou, Albert Albarado, Pierre Part, Elwood Albarado, Belle Rose, Isley Albarado, Grand Bayou, and Lydia Meche, Fields; and six grandchildren, Christopher Albarado, Dillon Thompson, Luke Albarado, Savannah Edmonston, Claire Albarado and Sadie Edmonston. Preceded in death by his mother, Faustine Sanchez; father, Paul Albarado; and granddaughter, Elizabeth Grace Edmonston. He was a proud husband, father and grandfather.
