In the wake of such loss, were haunted by things we don't and may never understand yet the solace we seek may not come from answers. Aveia and I worked together for about 6 months and then we started going to the same beauty shop during our friendship. She will truly be missed for the kind words she would give and the dances we would do at work instead of working. My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May our memories bring everyone comfort who got a chance to meet a beautiful young woman.

Dear, Mrs.Marval,Al J, and Mr. Coleman I have watched Aveia grow up to be a beautiful women. Aveia came to my sister house for her baby shower and she talked about her momma. We talked about the good old days for about 4hours. The baby shower turned out to be a time to catch up on old times at Sweet Home Baptist Church youth choir. I could tell by the end of the night she still wanted to stay and chat, but she had to go home and so did i. As Aveia walked to the door she turned around and said I always told my momma yal gonna do it big! We laughed and gave each other huge hugs. One thing you guy's can count on is that she is in heaven talking about you guy's to every one that's up there. I know that your sad, but be happy to know that she left an impact on everyone she came in contact with. Alot of folks loved her and I seen for my self at the funneral and signing this guest book. When I go I want to be remember just like my dear friend and sister in the Lord. If you ever need to talk or just hang out call Jan - Jan and tell her to get me on speed dial! You were there for my sister and now we will be there for you!
We love you VVVVVVVVEEEERRRRRRRRYYYYY Much!!!!!!!!!!

To the Coleman Family,
Words could not begin to heal the sorrow you are going through at this most difficult time, but be comforted in knowing that although Aveia was here for only 28 short years she touched, changed, and inspired SO many lives, and even in her untimely death she will continue to inspire and change people's lives.
We can't began to imagine what your family is going through, but just know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers daily!! Aveia was a beautiful person inside and out. She will never be forgotten, and we count it a blessing to have had the opportunity to watch her grow into such a lovely young lady!!

Peace be with you in your time of grief and sorrow.I am hard pressed to think of a kinder more gentler spirit than Aveia Coleman. As I sit here searching for the words to express what is within my heavy heart I am speechless. The only way I find comfort is knowing that I now have an angel in heaven to watch over me.
Aveia was one of the first people I met in high school, and in fact I can remember the exact day. I walked into the school cafeteria at breakfast time before school timid, awkward and unsure of myself and she was the first person to speak and offer me a place to sit and relax. She never deviated from that kind person I met from day one. Her smile and sweet personality was contagious and no matter what kind of day I was having it rubbed off. My heart aches because I will miss her so much but God has other plans. I love you Aveia and you will never be forgotten.

Over the years when we were able to share a few moments together, we always spoke of our beloved children. Mrs. Anderson substituted for me during a time when I was very ill. She was a very sweet and kindhearted person who cared very deeply about the kids. I know that the lord will see you all through this great loss. Rev. Marva and Bro. Coleman
Tears are a language God understands
"God sees the tears of a broken hearted soul.
He sees your tears and hears them when they fall.
God weeps along with a mother and a father and takes them by the hand,
Tears are a language God understands.
Often you wonder why tears come into your eyes,
And burdens seem to be much more than you can stand.
But God is standing near He sees your falling tears.
Tears are a language God understands.
When grief has left you low it causes tears to flow,
Things have not turned out the way that you had planned,
But God won't forget you, His promises are true, Tears are a language God understands." Author Unknown
Marva, My prayer are with you, but most of all God is with you. He is close to those whose hearts are broken; He heals broken hearts and binds us wounded spirits. The joy of the Lord is your strength. This is not too hard for God (Jer. 32:27). He is your rock, your peace (Is. 26:3), your comforter, your burden bearer, your healer, the lifter of your head. I cover you and your family with the blood of Jesus in Jesus name. I send God's healing words to you. God loves you, cares for you and will see you thru. Just keep calling Him. He hears your prayer. God loves you and I do too.

My Sister and Brother in Christ, Sister Marva just as you posted a question in your message to the Sisters, Saturday, June 20th, "are you a witness for Christ?," I believe the answer was taught and exemplified in your children as well, whether you were around or not, to strangers, friends and/or relatives. I say to you both go on be comforted in the Lord right now continuing the legacy you started a home, teaching and exemplifying Christ. He loves you and promised, " He will never leave you," The Lord will always have your back, so just lean on Him, now, He won't let you fall. Psalms 23

My Sister and Brother in Christ, Sister Marva, just as the message you spoke to myself and the other Sisters Saturday, June 20th, you asked us a question, "are we witnesses for Christ?", well, I believe and know in my heart you all exemplified and taught that same message to your own children and it in itself was demonstrated time and time again when you all weren't around or was around, whether to strangers, friends and even to their relatives. Go in the Lord and continue the legacy of training and telling Christ story to anyone, everyone, young women and young men the way you trained and told it to yours. God will always have your back. God is right there for you all, now lean on Him, He won't let you fall.

May God give the affected persons unbreakable strength during this undoubtedly "rough" time. No matter the situation, or the circumstance, remember that God is and will always be in control. May the precious blood of JESUS cover all of the affected persons in this trying season.
