Native of Mamou, LA and a resident of Denham Springs, LA passed away on November 1, 2012 at the age of 77. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Resthaven Funeral Home 11817 Jefferson Hwy, from 10 am until funeral service at noon. Burial to follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. She is survived by her three children, Gail Patterson, Myron Patterson and Kerry Patterson; brother, John Fontenot; five grandchildren, Rikki Gautreau and husband Grant, Libby Thornton and husband Joey, Jackie Cavin, Brett Patterson, and Hayden Patterson; four great-grandchildren, Tycen and Caden Gautreau, and Addysen and Carter Thornton; and nieces, Zada Bohn and Patricia Ross. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harvey Fontenot and Essie Viscardis, Jack Patterson, LeRoy Arceneaux, and great-grandson Joseph Blaine Thornton.
