Reverend Clark married my husband and I 20 years ago in Eunice LA. He was on my mind the past few days and did a search to see where he is now, and I came across the obituary, that he has just passed a few days ago.....What a wonderful minister of the Lord he was. So friendly with all people too. My love to your family, I don't know you personally, but Reverend Clark touched my family's life, and I will always remember him. (PS, I named my son Clark)

Carole, Denise, Betty, and Diane,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your families during the death of your Dad. Our family always thought so much of your Mom and Dad. Your Dad baptized me at Wardville Baptist Church when I was 9 years old. He married my sister , Sylvia, and Milton and he helped with the funeral for my Dad. I always looked forward to his Christmas letter. May the wonderful memories you shared as a family bring you comfort in the days ahead.

Diane, We just learned about your dad's homegoing. We know that this is a difficult time and we are praying for you and your family. A flood of memories that go back to his pastorate at Emmanuel in Monroe fill our minds. Bro. Clark was a great inspiration in the early days of our marriage and my ministry. He was truly a great man of God and a positive influence on so many people. We will always be grateful to have known him. Revelation 14:13 lets me know that he will be with us for a long time. He is resting from his labors and his works will follow him for years to come. Those works will follow because of the tremendous influence he has had on so many down through the years.
God Bless You And Your Family.

Bro. Clark will always be remembered by our family. My family came to know Bro. & Mrs. Clark and the girls at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Monroe when I was just a child in the 60's. His preaching was a major part of my very young years of hearing and learning God's word. He had a special way of making his messages memorable. In the last couple of years, I have been in touch with Diane, such a sweet sweet daughter to him as well as the rest of you. Thank you all for sharing him with so many people. He has made a tremendous impact on so many for God's kingdom. I just found out this morning and so sorry that I cannot be there but you are in our prayers. God will surely be with you and bless you. He already has.
