Funeral Services will be conducted for Mr. Fred W. Webb, Sr., age 73, at 1:00 pm Monday, April 14, 2014 at Ourso Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ken Spivey leading the service. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm on Monday, April 14th. "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith." 2 Timothy 4:7. A native of Port Allen and a resident of Geismar, Mr. Webb passed away at 3:00 pm on Friday, April 11, 2014 at his residence, after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his daughter, Wendy Webb Kling and husband Myron "Tut" Kling; sons, Frederick "Wayne" Webb, Jr., Ward Webb and wife Nita Boudreaux Webb, Gordon "Andy" Webb, III and wife Michelle Andra Webb; sister, Margaret Webb Williams and husband Jack Williams; grandchildren, Jalayne Kling Templet and husband Justin, Jana Kling, Megan Webb, Frederick "Trey" Webb, III, Theodore "Teddy" Webb, Jaci Marix, Julie Hitt and husband Scott, Dru Webb, Mia Webb, Logan Webb, Sarah Eastridge, Brennen Eastridge and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sybil Echeverria Webb; parents, Gordon Webb, Sr. and Louise and brother, Gordon Webb, Jr. Pallbearers will be Logan Webb, Joshua Williams, Kenn Webb, Justin Templet, Troy Tircuit, Troy Johnson, Jody Kelly, Blanchard Braud, Barry Blair, Al Retif, Alton Daigle and Sidney Palermo. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Dr. James D'Antoni and staff, Dr. Siva Yadlapati and staff, Amedysis Hospice and the Jody and Ashli Kelly Family for the exceptional care they provided to Mr. Webb.
