Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 9 a.m. until religious services at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 3, 2012. Services conducted by Rev. David Cutrer and Rev. Rusty Durand. Interment Greensburg Cemetery, Greensburg, LA. Survived by daughter, Megan Slade, Amite, son, Jared Davis, Roseland, sisters, Charlene Addison and her husband, Gerald, Montpelier, Judy Brown, Roseland, Margie Criswell, Roseland, Sue Parrish and her husband, Hoyt, Roseland, Dirlean Mason and her husband, Gene, Ethel, and Rosie Reich and her husband, Ronnie, DeRidder, step-sisters, Bonnie Holston and her husband, Kevin, Picayune, MS, and Annette Corkern and her husband, Johnathan, Independence, step-brother, Joey Tate and his wife, Vickey, Independence, step-mother, Ethel Voight, Amite, special friend, Michael Radcliff, and numerous nieces and nephews.
