Memories of Libby and all the Lowe sisters through the years make me smile. Libby was a bright spot in any day, and working with her in Delta Gamma as an adviser was a joy. She was smart, witty and well-respected by all her sorority sisters, as witnessed by their electing her president of the chapter. It was always a fun meeting when Libby was presiding. No doubt her precious parents are overjoyed at her presence with them. Sincere sympathy and love to Laurie, Linda and Letti as well as the rest of Lib's family. She will be greatly missed. May God bless and keep you.

Sincere condolences to the Lowe family. I imagine she and Bert (Bert Coles Bernard) are raising a raucous in heaven while catching up on their LSU days. A kind lady and a wonderful soul, may she rest in peace.

Libby and I dated for some time during our college years @ LSU. We remained friends afterwards but lost touch after her graduation and move to Grand Isle. A great sportswoman, leader, and friend, all of us who loved her are diminished by her passing. When my time comes I hope to look up and see her beautiful smile wherever I arrive, for I will know then that I am in Heaven.

My all-time favorite teacher, Mrs. Babb instilled a love of government and history in me that began in 7th grade and has guided my educational path and career. I'm forever grateful to have been taught by this special lady.

I loved having Mrs. Babb as a teacher at St. Jude. She made me love social studies so much that I ended up becoming the curator of the history museum in her own home town. She will be missed.
