Funeral services for Mrs. Vicki Diane Aulds Pipes, age 62 of Baker, will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, March 28, 2013 at Longstraw Baptist Church in Choudrant. Officiating the service will be Rev. Larry Emory. Burial will follow in Longstraw Cemetery under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston. Mrs. Pipes was born October 26, 1950 in Jonesboro and died March 23, 2013 at her home. She worked as an Eligibility Determinator for the State of Louisiana. In her spare time, Mrs. Pipes enjoyed doing cross-stitching and embroidery. Mrs. Pipes is survived by her husband of 34 years: Don Neil Pipes; her children: Cenila Pipes, Donna Butler, John Pipes and Erin Bagley; six grandchildren; one sister: Patricia Jones; her mother-in-law: Ruby Vinyard and husband Jay and her nieces, nephews and other relatives. Visitation will be held from noon until service time on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at Longstraw Baptist Church.
