My heart is with Bill's children, grandchildren and Darlene in their loss. Bill and I shared an endearing friendship that spanned almost three decades. I have such fond memories of the hundreds of domino games he and I played and his attempt to bet me at least once! I've lost a friend who taught me valuable lessons in life...He is at peace.

Great Loss to the World! For his children my heart goes out to you… He was a remarkable man! I watched him give tireless and passionately to his fellow man and asked for nothing in return. I will never forget the “laugh” of Bill Barker. He is one of the Hall of Fame Men in my life. God grant you peace and rest during this time.. You had a great Dad! Joel G
