Bernard Louis Ruckstuhl passed away on Wednesday, February 19 at the age of 79. He was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Baton Rouge. Benny was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Hilbert Ruckstuhl; daughter, Elizabeth "Lisa" Wesley; sons, Hilbert "Bert", Ronald, Jeffery, and Bruce; brothers, Richard, Theodore, and John; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles W. Ruckstuhl and Clino Beauvais. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA. 70816, on Friday, February 21, 2014 from 6 pm-8 pm. Visitation will resume on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 12424 Brogdon Lane Baton Rouge, LA 70816, from 8 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 9 am. Father Jerry Martin will be officiating. Entombment to follow in Metairie Cemetery, 5100 Pontchartrain Boulevard New Orleans, LA 70124, at 2pm. Dear Marilyn and family,
