A native of New Orleans and a resident of Donaldsonville. He died at Baton Rouge General at Bluebonnet on Wednesday, November 7, 2012. He was 56. Visiting at Mt. Moriah B.C., Abend, La., Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012 from 9:30 a.m. until religious services at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Melvin Williams. Interment in church cemetery. Survived by a daughter, Valerie Harris; six sisters and their spouses, Jackie and Willie Joseph, Patricia Harris, Sandra and Clovis Vaughn, Cynthia Barnes, Renee and Emery Coleman, Sr., and Mavis and Robert Johnson; three brothers and their spouses, Oscar, Jr. and Bernardine Barnes, Reginald Pedescleaux and James and Donna Gray; an aunt, Irene Scieneaux and husband Curtis; uncles, Ronald Harris and wife Michelle, Curtis Harris and wife Audrey and George Harris; two grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
