I never personally met Wayne, but I've talked to him over the phone many, many times over the years. I work for Cooper T Smith on the Mississippi River. Wayne would call me to check on the status on barges he needed to survey. Always very nice and personable. I am sorry to learn of his passing. My condolences to his family.

Mr. Coxe,
Although I never met you I have had the honor of meeting and getting to know your daughter Catherine. She is a wonderful individual that has spoke so highly of you through the years I have known her. I am reassured by the Heavenly Father that you are at eternal peace and know you will be watching down on her and the rest of your family every day from here on out. I along with many others will help your daughter through this time so please rest in peace knowing Catherine will be ok.
