Red was my late father's (Wesley Frank Champion) closest childhood friend and one he kept in contact with all his adult life. I know they'll meet up again in the hereafter.

Uncle Red took me in and made me one of the Moak family. It was not like I married in, but I belonged. I always enjoyed every visit I had with him and learn so much about everyone in the family from him. I will miss him being on this earth, but glad he is in a better place and back with Aunt Kay.
