The best grandmother a girl could ever have! She was so patient and kind and was a great role model! As a child I would stay with her whenever possible and would wake up to the smell of something wonderful cooking! As an adult I moved far away, but we always knew we loved each other! We will all miss her! Love you maw maw! Kaye your 1st grand daughter.

We are so saddened to hear of the passing of Mrs. Nesom. I know she has been ready to see Jesus face to face. I will always see her strong presence at Red Oak Baptist Church. It seems right that her and Mr. Dan are together again. We love your family and pray God's strength and calm during this difficult time.

Mrs. Nesom was such a lady of Christian character. She always had a sweet smile, a loving hug, and words of encouragement to share with you. She always made each of us feel so very special, yet she was the one who was so very special to her family and to us as friends. Lots of sweet memories were made as we shared fellowship either at Red Oak or while visiting with her in her home. She was loved by all and will be missed by all.

Jeanette and Donald,
Heaven has gained another angel. Even though we had lost touch, I don't ever remember not loving this special lady and her family. She was beautiful, inside and out, and will truly be missed. I pray God's arms of love will surround you and give you the peace only He can give. Please know you will be in my thoughts and prayers.
