Drew and I graduated from Baker High School together. We had few (if any) classes together but we knew each other. He was intelligent and talented. He played in the school band (clarinet and sax) and enjoyed collaborating with a trumpet player and fellow student Harry Todd. I married his sister Peggy in 1972. He loved his children and was proud to discuss their accomplishments with me. We became even closer after his mother died. We talked of her many times. He was crazy about our daughters and even named his daughter Michelle after our oldest. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Navy. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping. He also had a great interest in photography and was very good at it. In fact he was good at just about anything he set his mind to do. He was in California, but he would call often and talk for a long time. He loved Peggy very much and the rest of his family as well.
Fare well my Brother, vaya con dios, may we meet again someday!

Mike
