Elizabeth Couvillion Noel, 31, of Germantown, TN passed away into God's eternal kingdom on Saturday May 11, 2013. She is survived by her husband, Scott, and two precious daughters, Anna Grace and Lyla Kate; her parents, Larry and Agnes Couvillion of Prairieville, LA; her brother and sister-in-law, Darren and Donna Couvillion of Prairieville, LA; her sister, Lesley of Prairieville, LA; niece, Nichole and nephew, Derek, of Prairieville, LA. She is also survived by her father and mother-in-law, Skip and Ginnie Noel of Prairieville, LA; sister-in-law Grace Noel of New Orleans, LA; brother-in-law Brice Noel of Baton Rouge, LA; and multiple aunts, uncles and cousins that were all very dear to her. Visitation will be held Wednesday May 15, 2013 beginning at 10:00 am. until Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 pm at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Prairieville, Louisiana.

Elizabeth, how I love you. My weekend hasn't been right because it just doesn't seem right. I know about Heaven, because I've been there when I had my brain injury in 2007, so I KNOW it's a better place and that we are here on earth for only a short time to deliver God's purpose to others. I'm confused because you were such a joy and so special that it's so hard to imagine that your purpose here is done. I'm just having a hard time wrapping my head around that. Your joy, your laughter, your wisdom, your wonderful devotion to your family and friends was amazing. Their devotion to you was an inspiration here on earth. How you loved with every fiber of your being! I know that you have embraced God's Glory, as it is meant to do so. It's a place that one can only imagine; like none other, that no movie or book can describe. The light, the feelings, the Angels, the JOY, OMG! The pure JOY and exaltation of the JOY of being in Heaven, with God and Jesus Christ! It's like nothing anyone can imagine...but not having you here is unimaginable, as well. You hailed the earthly curse that took you, like the Star that you were. Took it head-on and tackled it with a fury. Just like you lived life, passionate and zesty! You will always be one of my heroes and an inspiration for the way that you lived your life-driven, purposeful with a desire to share the infinite love that exuded from your core to everyone around you. You have blessed us all and I thank you for that. Now you are blessing in Heaven. May they all share your JOY, your PEACE and your LOVE. Heaven now has it's DIVA Angel, our sweet Elizabeth…I will miss you, forever.

May God wrap his arms tightly around Scott and Beth's families through these tough times. My memories of Beth were frozen back in her days of dominating the High School Powerlifting scene and helping to lead the team to State Championship upsets over West Monroe. You could tell she was going to be great at whatever she set her mind to from an early age. I'm very proud to have known Beth and Scott and see them bloom into beautiful adults and parents. My prayers are with you all.

I remember the first time I met Beth. She came into the gym at St. Amant and joined our powerlifting team. I thought, look at this little girl..so tough and fragile at the same time. She was a force to be reckoned with. While I have not seen her in some time, I followed her story, and her fighting spirit and strength gave me and so many inspiration. Scott, my sweet friend, hold your head up and have faith. You will see her again. Much love and prayers for you and your girls and to your family and Beth's.

To the Couvillion and Noel families: I am truly at a loss for words as I knew Scott and Beth and all of your families which were part of my Galvez family. All of you meant so much to me because the children were the greatest and I could not have asked for better parental support. I still remember their sweet fourth grade faces. My deepest sympathy to all of you and I will remember you in my prayers.
