Rita May Cenac Hoffmann, 98, passed away Saturday, September 21, 2013. No services are scheduled at this time. She is survived by one sister, Olga C. Engeron and two daughters - Charlene C. Wilson and and husband Jerry, Sr. and Georgia C. McDowell and husband John. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church, 1005 Williams Ave., Houma, LA 70364. Samart Funeral Home of Houma in charge of arrangements.

Miss Rita Mae was a good friend and neighbor of my parents, Audry & Paul Falgout. I have two of her paintings in my home in Georgia. My deepest sympathies to Georgia Mae and the rest of her family.
