Funeral services for Mr. Michael A. Bye Sr. 51, will be 12 noon Wednesday in Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs; visitation will begin at 10 am until time of the service; interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Bye was born on November 27, 1961 in New Orleans to the union of Albert and Julia Blackwell Bye and departed from this life on Saturday November 9, 2013 at his home. He was a resident of Livingston Parish, a member of College Town Baptist Church, Hammond; previously employed with NASA and Ferrara Fire Apparatus. He is preceded in death by his father Albert A. Bye Sr.; grandparents Fred, Arzella and Mae Fernandez. Survivors include his mother Julia B. Bye; children Amanda Norton and husband Gordon, Michael A. Bye Jr., and wife Sarah; siblings Julie Ann Breland and husband Richard, Albert Bye Jr., and wife Kim, Fred Bye and Daniel Bye; also survived by 4 grandchildren, host of nieces and nephews.
