Time is a compassion that goes with us on our life journey. It reminds us to cherish each moment, because it will never come again. A'Daylin, a native of St. Gabriel, LA, was granted his angel wings at the age of 5 on Friday, February 28, 2014 at OLOL Children's Hospital, Baton Rouge, LA. Visitation will be Saturday, March 8, 2014 from 11 am until 12 noon service time at Hambrick's Family Mortuary 808 W. Worthey St Gonzales, LA. Interment Mt Bethel Baptist Church. His final days was surrounded by family and friends he touched throughout his short memorable life. He was a Kindergarten student at East Iberville Elementary School, St. Gabriel, LA. He leaves to cherish his precious memories, his parents Alisia Lodge and Fredrick McGhee of St. Gabriel, L; two sisters: Ma'Kenze Lodge and Nevaeh Ree; Grandparents Sandra Lodge and Arthur Handley, Grant Lee Wilson, Frances and Bentley McGhee all of St. Gabriel, LA; Paternal Grandparents: Sanders and Shirley Lodge of St. Gabriel, LA; three aunts: Indianna Lodge and Perry Triplett of St. Gabriel, LA and Felicia McGhee of Lake Charles, LA; four uncles: Ronnie (Dynasty) Lodge, Patrick (Tiffany) Lodge, Venzell McGhee, Ventrell McGhee all of St. Gabriel, LA. A very devoted friend and great-great uncle Melvin (Bertha) Lodge of St. Gabriel, LA. A host of loving great aunts, uncles, family and friends. He was preceded in death by his Paternal Great-great Grandparents: Bill (Earline) Smith, Maternal Great-great Grandparents Sanders (Rebecca) Lodge, an aunt Keyosha Lodge and uncle Freddie McGhee.

So sorry for your lost a cousin I never had the opportunity to meet but from the posts he was a special little guy. Things are difficult now it seems you can't take another step but believe me it will get easier. There will be reminders or conversations that will bring a tear to your eyes but tears are cleansing. You will meet your son again weep for your lost but rejoice he is with the Lord and doesn't have to face this cruel dirty world. Sleep on lil cuz
