Barbara Ann Domingue

A loving daughter, wife, mother and sister, relative and friend, she passed away Saturday, October 5, 2013 at the age of 62. She was born November 8, 1950, a native of Donaldsonville and a resident of Klotzville. She is survived by her children, Raymond "Lilbit" Cassard Jr. and wife, Jessica, Tessie Marie Metrjean and husband Nelson, Clarence "Goulo" Domingue Jr. and wife Karen; stepchildren, David Domingue and wife Gloria, Curtis Domingue and wife Marlene, Julie Domingue and Tammy Blanchard and husband Reggie; sisters, Mary Ann Sanchez and husband Norman, Wanda Cedotal Himel and husband Paul; brothers, Junior Joseph Cedotal, Gary Paul Cedota and wife Gail, Kirk Peter Cedotal Sr., Randy Paul Cedotal and wife Linda; grandchildren, Claire Cassard, Courtney Mabile, Alaina Landry, Chloe Domingue, Noah Cassard; step-grandchildren, Casey Joubert, Coty Kern, Buddy Kern, Megan Domingue, Claire Domingue, Tyla Domingue, Lacey Blanchard, Megan Blanchard; and eight great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Domingue Sr.; father, Noah Joseph Cedotal; mother, Hermance "Blue" Cedotal; brother, Alex Joseph Cedotal Sr.; grandparents, Edgar and Josephine Cedotal, Eno and Azela Cavalier; stepson, Mike Domingue; and sisters-in-law, Laura Cortez, Janet Alleman Cedotal. There will be a visitation at Ourso Funeral Home in Donaldsonville, Sunday, October 6, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Visitation will resume at the funeral home Monday, October 7, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Elizabeth in Paincourtville at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Andrew Merrick, celebrant. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Raymond Cassard Jr., Randy Cedotal, Junior Cedotal, Clarence Domingue Jr., Gary Cedotal, Kirk Cedotal, Nelson Metrjean, and Paul Himel.
