A retired City of Baton Rouge employee, she died August 25, 2013. She was 78 years old. She was a resident of San Antonio, TX and was a former resident of Zachary. A memorial service was held in San Antonio and she will be buried in Azalea Rest Cemetery, Zachary. She is survived by her children, Karen Sue Gross and husband, Jeff, Littleton, CO and George "Randy" Blankenship and wife Gay, San Antonio. She has 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mable M. Rogers, father, Harry Lee Rogers, brother, Allen Lee Rogers and sister, Joyce R. Martin. Memorial donations made by made to Susan G.
