Harrell James Scott

I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:7. Harrell James Scott was born on August 15, 1954, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He retried for Louisiana State University after 22 years of service. On Thursday, February 22, 2018, at approximately 7:45 in the evening, Harrell was called home to live with his master. Visiting at Fairview Baptist Church, 1636 Braddock Street, on Saturday March 3, 2018, from 9a.m until religious service at 11a.m. Interment in Southern Memorial Gardens. Survived by his wife Linda Norwood Scott; daughter Mignon Scott; sisters Selena Vance, Annie Scott Addison (Herman Jr.), both of Baton Rouge, La. He also leaves to cherish his memories a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Arrangements by Carney-Mackey Funeral Home.
