Hilton C. "Jack" Coon passed away at his residence on Thursday, February 8, 2018, at the age of 89. He was born in Morgantown, MS, and was a resident of Denham Springs, La. Jack proudly served his country with the US Army. Jack is survived by his son, Hilton Dale Coon; his devoted and loving companion of 22 years, Sylvia Wax and her family, John "Skipper" Wax, Emily Wax, Sherri Butler, Katie Haggard, Brandon and Karlie Vikowski, Colton and Zoe Jane; along with numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Marie Kennedy Coon; and his parents. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home on Monday, February 12, 2018, from 9 a.m. until Funeral Service at 11 a.m. celebrated by Chaplain Michael Bailey. Interment will follow on the grounds of Denham Springs Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
