. Visiting at St. James Episcopal Church on Wednesday, July 31, from noon until service at 1 p.m., conducted by the Rev. J. Mark Holland. Survived by his wife, Cynthia P. Walters; sister, Linda Walters Cunningham; and brother, Ted Madison Walters. He received a bachelor's degree from Clemson University and a MBA from LSU.
