Dear Noelle and children, John was a favorite cousin of mine. We spent almost every Thanksgiving together at Maw Maw Louise's house. We have great memories as kids, getting together on the holidays. My husband died in a plane crash, February 12, 2009. He was 47. We don't understand these things, but we know that God is sovereign and God is in control. Psalm 68:5 says,"A father to the fatherless, and a champion of widows is God in His holy dwelling. Lots of love and prayers from the Renslows.

For the family: My sincere sorrow. I did not have the good fortune to know this fine man but know of him and his outstanding wife through friends. I lost my father when he was 45,and I was an 18-year-old freshman at SLC, now SLU. He had a heart attack. I cried so much that the president of SLU, Dr. Gladney Jack Tinsley, called me into his office and sternly told me that I had to keep up my gpa or I would lose my scholarship, and got me on track. Grieving is natural and life is hard, but the love and memories live forever. The example set by your loved one will propel you into accomplishments in his memory.
I pray for you and yours now and in the future. In Christ, Annabelle M. Armstrong of Baton Rouge

I am so sorry to hear about your husband. I had just been thinking about you recently because we used to celebrate our birthdays together.

I regret I cannot pay my respects in person as I am out-of -state. Please know I am keeping you and your family in my heart and prayers.
