His daughters' friends loved Mr. Joe and fondly remember the years of riding in "Old Yeller", his beloved pickup truck for many years. He was a very hard worker and loved his family more than words could express. He loved his girls dearly, Gail, Kerri, Katie and Lexie and was absolutely thrilled when a boy, Landon, finally came along. He was very proud of his daughters and their success. After many years of working away in places like Grand Isle and Morgan City, he was very grateful for the opportunity to be close to home that gave him the chance to watch his Lexie dance and his Landon play soccer. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Joe Ann Valentour Killeen for her selfless acts by assisting during her brother's recovery.
