A casino employee and resident of Baton Rouge, he died Sunday, Nov. 21, 2010, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. He was 50 and a native of New Orleans. Visiting at Wilson-Wooddale Funeral Home, 1553 Wooddale Blvd., on Saturday, Nov. 27, from 9 a.m. until religious services at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Charles Smith. Interment in Southern Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Brooks; mother, Margie A. Charles; daughters, Latoya Jenkins, Kylah Allen and Yolanda Davis, all of Baton Rouge, and Kiosha Banks, of Virginia; sons, Derrick Williams and Terrance Quinn, both of Baton Rouge; sister, Alarice A. Allen; brother, Andre Nevels, of Baton Rouge; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
