Mark, age 63, made his final truck stop at the Heavenly Gates on Friday, June 20th, 2014 from Our Lady of the Lake in Baton Rouge. He was a Truck driver for 40 years where he traveled the country and met many people. Mark was a member of Little River United Pentecostal Church and was great husband, loving father and grandfather to many, and a sincere uncle to all. He fought long and hard to defeat his illness, and the Lord finally gave him his chance to rest. His jokes, pranks, and hearty laughs will continue to bring everyone he touched joyful grins. Mark is survived by his wife, Debbie Lineske; his daughter, Dayna Lineske; sons Mark and Jenna Lineske, Jr., Mark Joseph and Karen Lineske; sisters Patricia ""Patti"" Allen and Diane Ponder; brothers Lloyd Lineske, John Lineske, and Louis Lineske; grandchildren, Ryder Lineske, Dustin Lambert, and Chris Lambert. He is preceded in death by parents, Elmer Lineske and Delores Lambert, and by his daughter, Sherry Lambert. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation from the chapel of Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home, Hammond, on Monday, June 23, 2014 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Visitation will resume Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at the Funeral Home in Hammond from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. The family has requested a trucker's procession to Little River United Pentecostal Church. Funeral services will begin at 1:45 p.m. with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Bro. Josh Payne will be officiating.
