Riquita Brenice Jackson

A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and a resident of Centreville, Mississippi died on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 as a result of a vehicular accident. She was 18. Visiting will be on Sunday, December 2, 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at Richardson Funeral Home, 11816 Jackson Street, Clinton, LA. Visiting will 9:00 a.m. until Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 3, 2012 at Hollygrove Baptist Church, 2811 Hwy. 24, Centreville, MS. The Reverend Timothy Hughes will be officiating. Interment will be in the Church Cemetery. She is survived by her parents, Rickey E. Jackson, Sr. and Vurla D. Jackson, two brothers; Corey L. (Ashley) Green and Rickey E. Jackson, Jr., a very special, devoted fiancé, Justin L. Gaulden. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Maeolar and Emmitt Jackson; maternal great-grandmother, Mary L. Knox; and a brother, Brandon D. Jackson. Active pallbearers are Johnathan Stove, Anthony Stove, Jr., Brandon Harris, Tralen Drake, Jalen Drake and Tyler Kincaide. Honorary pallbearers are Corey L. Green, Rickey E. Jackson, Jr., Justin L. Gaulden, Al Fort Davis and Jacob Perry, Jr., Benjamin Stove, Jr., David Jackson and Fred Drake. She was a graduate of Zachary High School where she attended honors classes, participated in community service through Interact Leadership Club and was a ZHS Bronco Belle, 2009-2010. She was a 1st semester freshman at Southern University A&M College, Baton Rouge, LA. where she was Majoring in Nursing. Arrangements entrusted to Richardson Funeral Home of Clinton (225) 683-5222.
