Mr. Robert Francis Bellot, Jr., 83 years old of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away in the comfort of his own home July 24, 2014, 1:52am surrounded by loved ones. Retired from Sunbeam Bakery. He was a very kind and gentle soul whom will be missed by many. He is survived by one sister, Mary Mabry; one brother, John Bellot; daughter, Connie Bellot; one granddaughter, Sarah Smith & her husband Brannan Despanie; one grandson, Justin Smith & his wife Natasha Smith; one great-granddaughter: Kathlynn Smith; daughter & granddaughter by heart: Melba & Lauren Braud; and two grand-dogs, Lady Bug & Gizmo. Our family would like to thank Life Source Hospice Care, our dear friend and loyal care giver Brett Ortego, and the kindness of many more. Visiting Hours will be observed at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, on Sunday, July 27, 2014 5:00 pm-8:00 pm. Visiting will resume at Resthaven Funeral Home on Monday, July 28, 2014 from 9:00 am until service time. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Broussard, LA. Family and friends may sign the online memorial, leave a personal note to the family, or order flowers at www. resthavenbatonrouge.com.
